Update Time

I know, I know! But we really are still working on the record. Here’s a little footage from this past weekend at Lee Flier’s studio, as we tracked drums for one song, with only one song left to go. I’m hoping to be done recording by the end of Spring. What that means for a release date is sort of up in the air… I’m trying to figure out promotion and getting press (ha!), but that’s where I’m heading right now.  I hope you will all enjoy it, it means a lot to me.

New song, new video!

Super Rocket X-1

Earthlings! This is it, the moment has come… A brand new song for you, from me! It’s called “Super Rocket X-1” and you can download it right now FOR FREE here:

This song won’t be on the new record later this year, so grab it now! When you download it, you’ll also receive 3 extra songs we recorded: Pink Floyd’s “Time,” Radiohead’s “Airbag,” and David Bowie’s “Rock ‘n’ Roll Suicide.” These, too, are FREE!

After this weekend, the EP will be available on Bandcamp for $1.99, and shortly thereafter the song “Super Rocket X-1” will also be available on iTunes, Spotify, and all the other usual suspects.

One more day!

New Single! New Video! 1-8-16!

So, for serious time. Tomorrow is the big day, I’m putting out brand new music for the first time in over 11 years. Just a song for now, a whole record to come later this year if all goes well. I hope you like it.

It’s exciting but also nerve-wracking. The ocean that you drop these little bottles into has only gotten larger since the last time I threw one in. The bigger ocean is a good thing, in so many ways, except at the moment when you’re the one throwing the bottle. Sure, it would be better and smarter to not tie your self-worth onto the end of it, but this is the emotional hand I have been dealt. I’m working on it, but, you know, here we are.

I want to say thank you to all of you, because if you’re reading this then you’re still here and that continues to amaze me all the time.
